  After a rigorous assessment of the scoring system, the companies on the list have achieved excellent results in three areas:

  First, innovation capability (weighted at 35%), the layout, construction or action in terms of Numerical Intelligence talent cultivation, Numerical Intelligence investment and organizational restructuring;

  Second, innovation cases (weighted at 35%), successful cases of enterprise's own digital intelligence transformation or successful cases of enterprise-enabled digital intelligence transformation;

  Third, the value of innovation (weighted at 30%), whether the innovation of digital intelligence has brought explicit financial benefits, either its own benefits or the effect of the empowered party.
