  The conference reviewed and voted on the work report, financial report, work report of the supervisory board, revised articles of association (draft), and membership fee standards of the 8th council. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Election Measures for the Ninth Board of Directors" and "Election Measures for the Second Board of Supervisors", which elected 181 directors of the Ninth Board of Directors and 5 supervisors of the Second Board of Supervisors through anonymous voting.

  At the same time as the conference, the first plenary session of the 9th Council of the China Grain and Oil Society was held, and 60 executive directors were elected. Lu Jingbo was elected as the Chairman of the 9th Council.
