  2024 Hefei City workers “five small” activities and innovation results of the list of winners was announced, Hefei High-tech Zone, a total of 13 projects won awards, the number of awards is located in the city's counties (municipalities), development zones in the forefront. GaoTure won the first prize for the project of “Development and application of a feeding system and its control method” (first finisher: GaoTure R&D Center, Fan Dongdong), which is not only the praise for the workers' individual wisdom and perspiration, but also another milestone set up by GaoTure in the journey of technological innovation.

   This project introduces an innovative feeding system and its control method, aiming at solving the problems of uneven feeding and low detection efficiency during grain quality testing. The system realizes uniform feeding and accurate detection of grain particles by intelligently controlling the cooperative work of the receiving tray and vibrating tray, which effectively improves the detection efficiency and accuracy. The innovations of this technology include intelligent real-time dynamic adjustment system based on visual perception, neural sliding mode variable structure control, multimodal deep learning algorithm based on Transformer, etc. It has been authorized by two invention patents. The application of the system has provided important technical support for the grain variety breeding industry and grain processing industry, achieved significant economic and social benefits, and promoted significant progress in grain detection technology. At present, the system has been implemented in a number of units such as COFCO Grain Valley and Beidahuang Fengyuan Group, and has actively participated in international forums and expositions, winning a number of honors and awards.

  In addition, the bright performance of other award-winning projects in Hefei Hi-Tech Zone further proves the vitality and potential of the regional innovation ecology. Although GaoTure won the first prize, we know that the road of innovation needs to be traveled hand in hand.
